Choosing the right college is a big decision. Our annual college tour allows mentees to visit campuses, ask questions, meet other students, and gain a deeper understanding of what attending college means. Where possible, our boys will also participate in local cultural activities and visit museums and historical sites.

Not only do we want to expose mentees to the opportunity of attending college, but also the privilege to experience new cities and life out side of their own neighborhoods. For many of our boys, the college tour is the first time they get to do this.

Previous college tours have included visits to Howard University, FSU, Fisk University, Temple University, the University of Miami, and so many more! Our boys have also had the unique opportunity to see numerous cultural sites such as the the Statue of Liberty, 9-11 Memorial, MLK Memorial, National Museum of African American Music, and the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture!
